What Digital Art is to me

Digital Art is a form of art that is not done with the tools of pencils, pens, markers, paints, paper, and things like this. It is done on the the computer with use mostly of a camera and a computer. The Digital Art is sometimes altered through programs like CS4 and Adobe photoshop. The pictures are placed in a frame in a creative way showing the viewers something in a new way and expressing how the artist sees the subject. The art is reviewed and changed in many ways from cropping to changing the colors and tones allowing the viewers and the artist to have a specific way of doing things.
